Information about the merchandise
The prices and descriptions are obligatory with the exception of obvious mistakes. The prices include VAT and other fees apart from delivery fee.
Returning the goods
You can return the goods in two-week period which starts when the product is delivered. In case the product is undamaged, clean and complete, your money will be refunded.
Guarantee
The products are guaranteed for 24 months. The guarantee covers: defects caused during the fabricating process, defects of the used material, defects caused by assembling or installing the product. The money-back guarantee cannot be applied if the buyer damaged or modified the product.
The cancellation of an order
In case you want to cancel the order, please contact us. You can cancel the order only if the product was not sent off. Otherwise we have right to make a claim to be paid for deliverance anyway.
The protection of personal data
The execution of contract demands you to agree with the processing and preservation your personal data in concordance with legislation about personal data protection (no. 101/2000 of the statute book).
Delivery date
After we acquire your payment, we will send you an e-mail with an acknowledgment about it and with the date when the goods will be delivered. If the product is at stock at the time, the delivery period is 3 to 6 working days. In other case, the delivery date is always specifically mentioned in the on-line description box of the particular product. We recommend check the goods as soon as you receive them.
